Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using StudForge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What StudForge Does

StudForge uses AI to generate 3D stud-style models for Roblox from reference images. You upload an image, our AI produces a model consisting of Lua code, a GLB preview, and a thumbnail.

3. AI Disclaimer

Models are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. AI output is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated models before using them in your projects. StudForge provides no warranty on the quality, accuracy, or fitness of AI-generated content.

4. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

5. Credits & Payments

  • New accounts may receive a one-time grant of free credits. The amount and availability of free credits are subject to change at any time.
  • Additional credits can be purchased via subscription plans or one-time credit packs.
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Subscription credits renew monthly. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period.
  • Credit pack credits expire 90 days after purchase.
  • If a generation fails due to a server error, the credits are automatically refunded.
  • Public models receive a 10% credit discount. Models generated with this discount cannot be made private.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect at the next billing cycle.

7. Content Ownership

  • Your images: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant StudForge a limited license to process them for model generation.
  • Generated models: You own the models generated from your images. You may use them in your Roblox games and projects.
  • Public models: Models you mark as public may be viewed, liked, commented on, downloaded, and used by other users on StudForge. Public models require moderation approval before appearing on the explore page.
  • Comments: You retain ownership of your comments. By posting, you grant StudForge a license to display them. We may remove comments that violate our acceptable use policy.
  • Display name: You may set a custom display name. Display names must not impersonate others or contain offensive content.
  • Model names: Public models cannot be renamed. To rename, make the model private first. Making it public again requires re-approval.
  • Model editing: You may edit your models (position, rotation, size, color, material) using the built-in part editor. Edits to public models require admin re-approval before appearing in explore. Edited models replace the previous version — there is no version history. Edit frequency is rate-limited (30 edits per hour).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you do not have rights to use.
  • Generate models depicting illegal, violent, sexual, or hateful content.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service beyond normal use.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit trial credits.
  • Post comments that are abusive, harassing, obscene, or spam.
  • Inject code or scripts into model data via the editor. Only edits made through the part editor interface are permitted.

8b. Donations & Cosmetics

  • Donations (“Buy Me a Cookie”) are voluntary contributions to support StudForge development. Donations are non-refundable.
  • Donors receive cosmetic rewards (name effects, colors, badges) which are purely visual and provide no gameplay or generation advantage.
  • Additional cosmetics are unlocked by reaching milestones (generation count, public models, likes). These are not guaranteed to persist indefinitely.
  • Cosmetics may be modified, added, or removed at any time.

8c. Public Profiles

Users have public profile pages showing their display name, public models, generation count, reputation tier, h-index, donor status (yes/no), and equipped cosmetics. Profiles are visible to anyone. You can control what appears on your profile by adjusting your display name and cosmetic settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

StudForge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: incorrect or broken AI-generated models, loss of credits, service downtime, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Not Affiliated with Roblox

StudForge is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and related trademarks are property of Roblox Corporation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
